Most AI agents are built for someone else's cloud.
Every hand-off is a wait
Reports are retyped, approvals sit in inboxes, and the same question is answered a hundred times a day.
Foreign by design
Most agents reason on foreign servers and reach people through foreign apps. That rules them out for government, security and banking work.
Chatbots answer. They don't act.
A bot that only answers FAQs leaves the real work, submitting, approving and following up, with your staff.
Platforms stall in the pilot
Buying an agent toolkit does not produce working agents. Without a partner, projects rarely reach daily operations.
We don't hand you a toolkit. We put agents to work.
You get agents that do real work in your organisation, and the partner who designs, builds, connects and runs them.
Design
We work with your business owners to pick the work worth handing to an agent, and decide what it may do alone and what stays with people.
You get: an agent specification.
Build
We build the agent's conversations, knowledge, process and safety rules, and test it against real scenarios in Arabic and English.
You get: a tested, approved agent.
Integrate
We connect the agent to your systems of record, directory, knowledge sources and Raasel rooms, with clear limits on what it can read and change.
You get: an agent that acts on real data.
Support
We monitor, measure and improve the agent after go-live, update it as policy changes, and handle incidents.
You get: an agent that stays accurate.
Every agent has a role. Every action has a record.
Agents sit inside your hierarchy, not beside it. Each one reports to a department, holds only the permissions of the role it serves, and brings a person in whenever a decision needs judgement.
Assisted
- The agent
- Drafts, summarises, transcribes, suggests.
- Your people
- Review and decide everything.
Augmented
- The agent
- Completes routine work and prepares decisions.
- Your people
- Approve at checkpoints and handle exceptions.
Autonomous
- The agent
- Completes well-defined, low-risk work alone, within strict limits.
- Your people
- Set policy, supervise, review the record.
Each process starts where you are comfortable, and moves only when the results justify it. You can always move it back.
Responsive. Proactive. Flexible.
Responsive
Requests are handled the moment they arrive, at any hour, in Arabic or English. A field voice note becomes a structured report within minutes, not at the end of a shift.
Proactive
Agents watch for signals, such as a rising risk indicator, a deadline about to pass or a pending approval, and act or alert before anyone asks.
Flexible
Work moves across departments without queues. When demand surges, agents absorb the routine load and people focus on the exceptions.
Raasel is where people and agents meet. Raseen Agents is where the work gets done.
Global vendors assume agents reach people through their app and reason in their cloud. Raseen Agents depends on neither. Both stay inside your walls.
Raasel without agents is secure messaging. Agents without Raasel are a workflow engine looking for a front door. Together they close the loop, inside one sovereign boundary.
Agents are members of the room
The agent joins the same encrypted rooms as your team, with a name, a role and permissions. No new app, no new portal.
One identity for people and agents
Your directory and roles govern both, so permissions and the record stay continuous.
Voice, text, files and photos in one place
People send voice notes, photos and documents as they already do. Agents transcribe, read and act on them.
Approvals in the conversation
Agents ask for confirmation with buttons and polls, and route approvals to the right person's room.
Human handover in the same thread
When a person steps in, they join the conversation with the full history. Nobody repeats themselves.
What every agent is built on.
Raasel channel
Agents live in Raasel rooms and chats, for staff, citizens and customers.
Solves: No new app to adopt.
Agent intelligence
Understands Arabic, including local dialects, and English, by text and voice.
Solves: Requests arrive in everyday language, not forms.
Approved knowledge
Answers only from your approved policies and knowledge, and cites the source.
Solves: No made-up answers. Every figure can be traced.
Process orchestration
Runs work that takes hours or days: waits for an approval, a document or a visit, then continues.
Solves: Real work rarely finishes in one message.
System connectors
Connects to your systems of record through controlled, allow-listed access.
Solves: Acts on real data, never beyond its role.
Trust & safety layer
Screens every message, checks every reply against approved sources, and confirms before any irreversible action.
Solves: Prevents misuse and unintended actions.
Human-in-the-loop
Routes approvals, exceptions and sensitive cases to the right person.
Solves: Accountability stays with people.
Audit record
Records every request, decision, action and approval, by agent or person.
Solves: Who did what, when, and why.
Graceful fallback
If the AI service is unavailable, the channel continues with fixed menus and safe replies.
Solves: Continuity for mission-critical channels.
Sovereign AI
Models, speech recognition and data run on your infrastructure. No external AI API.
Solves: Data residency and national control.
SadeemOptional
Where Sadeem is in place, it can be one source of governed data for agents. Agents also work with your existing systems.
Agents prepare. People decide.
Operations summary agent
Joins operations rooms, transcribes voice notes, merges voice and text into one timeline, and produces summaries in the chat, as PDF or by email.
Field reporting agent
Turns a field voice note or photo into a structured report, with location, units, situation and actions, and routes it to the right desk.
Front-door service agent
Answers citizens' or customers' questions from approved knowledge and completes requests through your systems, around the clock.
Case and approval agent
Collects what a case needs, checks it against the rules, and sends a ready-to-decide summary to the approver's Raasel room.
Proactive monitoring agent
Watches indicators, deadlines and pending items, and alerts or starts a readiness check before anyone has to ask.
Employee services agent
Handles internal requests such as leave, letters, expense claims and IT issues, inside Raasel.
Coordination agent
Supports work across departments and partner entities: collects updates, tracks tasks, and keeps everyone working from the same picture.
Contact-centre agent
Handles routine customer conversations by text and voice, and hands complex cases to a person with a full summary.
Designed for organisations that can't afford a rogue decision.

How do you know the agent can't go rogue?
Government buyers ask about trust first. These principles apply to every agent we deliver.
01Your infrastructure, your data
Models, conversations and records stay inside your boundary. No external AI APIs.
02Every agent has a role and an owner
No agent works outside a department, a role and a named accountable person.
03Least privilege
Agents read and change only what their role allows. Access is revoked when the role is.
04Grounded answers
Agents answer from approved sources. A reply that cannot be supported is not sent.
05Confirm before acting
Irreversible actions need explicit confirmation of exactly what will happen.
06People decide what matters
Defined decisions are never delegated to an agent.
07Everything is recorded
Every request, action and approval is auditable.
08Emergencies come first
Messages that indicate danger go to emergency guidance immediately, not to an AI answer.
09Machine output is labelled
Agent summaries and transcripts are marked as such and never replace official records.
From first conversation to running agents.
You don't need an in-house AI team. Raseen Labs stays accountable for each agent's quality after go-live.
- 01
Discovery
Identify the work worth handing to agents, rank it by value and risk, and agree what is never automated.
- 02
Design
Specify each agent: role, department, permissions, knowledge, process, human checkpoints and measures.
- 03
Build & test
Build the agent and test it against real scenarios, including misuse and edge cases, in Arabic and English.
- 04
Integrate
Connect to your directory, systems of record, knowledge sources and Raasel rooms.
- 05
Pilot
Run with a real team on real work, under close supervision, with agreed go/no-go criteria.
- 06
Go live & support
Monitor, measure and improve. Expand autonomy only when results justify it. Add the next agent.
Questions we hear first.
Is Raseen Agents a platform we license?
No. We deliver working agents. Raseen Labs designs, builds, integrates and supports each agent for your organisation.
Do we need Sadeem?
No. Agents work with your existing systems and knowledge sources. Where Sadeem is in place, it can be one of the sources agents draw on.
Do we need Raasel?
Raasel is the main channel our agents work through, and where they deliver the most value: agents join the same secure rooms as your teams. Organisations already using Raasel can start fastest.
Where does our data go?
Nowhere outside your boundary. Models, conversations and records run on your infrastructure or your sovereign cloud.
What can an agent do on its own?
Only what you approve for its role. Each process sits on a scale from assisted to autonomous, and defined decisions always stay with people.
What if the agent gets something wrong?
Replies are checked against approved sources before they are sent. Irreversible actions need explicit confirmation. People review at defined checkpoints, and every action is recorded.
Does it understand Arabic?
Yes. Agents work in Arabic, including local dialects, and in English, by text and voice.
What happens if the AI is unavailable?
The channel stays up with fixed menus and safe replies, and normal service resumes when the AI service recovers.
How long does it take to get the first agent live?
It depends on scope and integrations. Every engagement starts with Discovery and a supervised pilot on real work before full go-live.
Which industries do you serve?
Public security, crisis management, government services, banking and financial services, healthcare, and enterprise operations.
